  1. What Operating System do I need for Xpert Claims?
    Xpert Claim's is platform independent. You can use all of the major operating systems in the market including Windows, Linux, and Mac.
  2. What Hardware requirements do I need to have?
    You need to have a working computer with internet access. For optimal performance a DSL or better internet connection is best. Similarly a Pentium 3 or equivalent or above is best.
  3. How long does Xpert Claims installation take?
    There is no installation needed on your systems. Xpert Claim's is a web based system and allows you to have instant access after purchase.
  4. Do I get a CD for Xpert Claims Installation?
    No, there are no mail issues to deal with or large media transfers when it comes to Xpert Claim's. Our system allows you to be in business instantly without any out of pocket expenses (except for Xpert Claim's licensing fees).
  5. What kind of support is available?
    Before purchase you can contact us through emails as well as telephone calls. We can set you up with your customized demonstration period for 30, 60, or 90 days (based on your input and training time required).
